Explore and analyze, in writing and reading, a variety of genres and rhetorical

Throughout the course we explored and analyzed many readings which were of various genres. We did genre analysis on multiple readings and student samples. Down below is a picture of a genre analysis I did of a student sample of an argumentative essay.

 

Aside from readings I achieved CLO #1 through various writing pieces that we have throughout the semester, each of which focused on a different genre. My first main essay was my literacy narrative. After we begun to focus on writing a expository essay which I began to explore many articles on how pro athletes can take part in social protests. Following the expository essay I had to write an argumentative essay. My reflection papers to each essay would analyze how I used rhetorical elements throughout the paper.
